Vinyasa Yoga


What is Yoga? The word yoga means “to join or unite”. The practice of yoga is believed to be a path of self-discovery and inner transformation of joining the soul body and physical body through physical movement, focus, breathwork, ethical behavior and meditation. There are many different styles of yoga. One of the most popular forms of yoga today is vinyasa yoga.


Vinyasa uses breath to connect asanas (poses) to create a flow. The physical practice of vinyasa will increase body heat causing you to sweat and build strength.
