Buti is a blend of dynamic asana, primal core movement and cardio sprints that help students breakdown the emotional barriers that hold them back from achieving self-love and true human connection. Classes are guided by music like an internal GPS - no more eight counts. The beat blended movement forces you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY. Buti incorporates elements of shaking and vibration to help release stored trauma and stimulate cellular reorganization. Intentional vibration and grounding techniques help clear stagnant energy and revitalize the body allowing each student to shift their perception of the world around them.


Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret”. It was initially used in reference to Ayurvedic herbs considered jadi buti. We are societally taught to seek external validation or ways to heal ourselves. In Buti we believe the only true cure comes from within. The practice of Buti helps people strip away the layers that hide this cure and bring about total transformation.

Sattva is one of the gunas in Ayurveda. The sattva guna infers purity, virtue and light - a balanced mental state. Students of Buti who have tapped into their inner cure to help cultivate a state of sattva are often referred to as Butisattvas. This practice gives people a new sense of identity and belonging. A tribe of like minded women all on the same journey to self love, self acceptance, strength, clarity and oneness. A Buti class is a SAFE environment to grow.
